NEW SIGNING✍️

Bedworth RFC are pleased to announce the signing of Mackenzie Houghton.

Mackenzie is a product of Old Salts RFC, Barkers Butts RFC, and Coventry College pro rugby programme.

Most at home as tight head prop but can also play both sides of the scrum. A formidable scrummager and big ball carrier, he complements an already formidable Bedworth pack.

We’re set to face Hinckley Hares, Leicester Vipers, and our old friends Keresley amongst others. Our support has been fantastic so far, so let’s keep it up guys💪🏼

Productive Saturday morning yesterday down the club 💪

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who gave up their time to help sort, organise and tidy the containers.

The morning was then rounded off with our first Saturday Circuits session of the summer, with a great turnout and plenty of effort put in by everyone involved.

Many hands make light work. Thanks to everyone who got stuck in!💚

FINAL SCORE 4-3

Last night saw Bedworth and Earlsdon come together for an excellent evening of walking rugby.

Earlsdon made a fast start and took an early lead while Bedworth adapted to some slight changes in our interpretation of the laws. Once we got to grips with those changes, we responded well and managed to score a couple of tries of our own.

It was a fantastic evening of rugby played in great spirit by both teams.

A big thank you to Earlsdon for their hospitality and for making it such an enjoyable occasion. We look forward to welcoming you to Bedworth for the return fixture very soon.

Last night’s fixture saw Bedworth and Keresley come together for a fantastic evening of walking rugby.

The two clubs, both steeped in history, produced an entertaining end to end game on a beautiful summers evening. Conditions were perfect, and the match was played in great spirit throughout, with both sides showcasing some excellent rugby.

A big thank you to for their warm hospitality and for making it such an enjoyable occasion. We look forward to welcoming you to Bedworth and returning the favour very soon.

From coaching and team management to grounds maintenance, match days, events, fundraising, behind-the-scenes admin and everything in between, the club simply wouldn’t run without your time, effort and dedication.
