Hi everyone can everyone just turn up to gym in running trainers and just a small bag ie back pack with gloves and wraps please we are having a session outside the night, please don't bring your big bag we don't have the keys to get into the gym as Gary has them and is stuck at work, so we are going to be jogging down to the woods thank you meet at the front of the gym, no money needed the night free outside session
