Resistance training program for beginners.
No need to complicate things. Just start.
Find the right intensity for each exercise - not way too difficult and not easy. Make sure that it is challenging enough while maintaining good form and technique.
When the weight you use begin to feel easy, either increase the load or do more reps. It needs to be challenging enough to bring your set close to technical failure.
These exercises are only a guide. If any of these feel uncomfortable to perform, let me know and I can suggest alternatives.
Eat the right amount of calories for your goal and stay consistent with your workouts.
