Rule 1 - Drink A Gallon Of Water (US Gallon) - 3.78 Litres - Just under 8 x 500ml Bottles. Has to be to just plain water or carbonated. No additives, juices, protein, bcaa or anything. Other drinks can be drunk but the water is a separate and the other drinks dont count towards the total. No alcohol. No fizzy drinks (unless diet permits it)
Rule 2 - Take A Selfie/Progress Pic Everyday.
A progress pic must be taken everyday. Recommended to find the same spot and same clothes to show the best contrast to the end results.
Rule 3 - Two Workouts (minimum 45 minutes) must be done each day. One must be outside, not under cover or in a side room. Under the sky no matter the weather. There must be a minimum gap of 3 hours between each workout (e.g cannot do back to back) The workout ethos must be to the best of your ability (e.g no long breaks) Yoga & Active Stretching Count.
Rule 4 - Read 10 Pages Of A Self Help/Inspirational non-Fiction/Personal Growth Book Every Day - Starting from 1st page of 1st chapter. (Once a book is started it must be completed, cannot read multiple books or change books once started. (Audiobooks are not allowed) (Yes Rez, The bible counts) You can read more than 10 pages if you want to.
Rule 5 - Follow And Stick To A Diet - This is about sticking to a diet plan. As in having total control over your diet. You can choose any diet you want providing you stick to it. Aiming for a calorie deficit/surplus will still count as a diet, however there is no room for error and one day/item that is over/under or doesnt fit the rules of the diet means a failure and a reset to day one. No alcohol or cheat meals allowed. No take aways preferred but sit down meals ok. But mainly its in the spirit, if ur having a take away coz its the easy option then ur not being true to the spirit
The challenge starts from the moment you first wake up on the 1st January 2024.
