Let me tell you a little about the work that I do. I love my work because I know I'm making a positive difference to people's lives in the best way I know how. Helping people to raise their energy & take ownership of their lives is a great feeling, its very satisfying to see the transformations I get with my clients. I like to not only see people looking better but also moving more freely & appearing happier too. Functional movement coaching is my specialty. I've trained for many years myself & have first hand experience of overcoming physical obstacles to free up old injuries & become more natural & pain free in my movements. Alongside functional training with weights & body weight I utilize Yoga, Breathing exercises, & Martial arts in my sessions depending on what the client requires to reach their goals. I'm very dedicated to furthering my knowledge as a Health & Fitness Professional. I work to constantly update my repertoire of expertise. I concentrate on helping my clients with their mindset. It is very important for me to have my clients 'in the zone' for maximum efficiency & effectiveness during training sessions. Deciding to overcome fitness barriers most often involves a complete lifestyle transition & this can be as mentally tough as it is physically. I work to minimize the amount of planning & consideration my clients have to put in to their transition so they can worry less & look forward to seeing results.
