Try this finisher next time you’re at the gym:
1 sled push (1 track length)
2 lengths farmers carry (kettlebells)
Repeat x 3 rounds
It’s quick, sweaty, and a serious full-body challenge. Great for burning out the legs, firing up your core, and testing grip strength at the end of your session.
This is my client doing it. She’s been crushing it and the transformation in her strength and shape has been incredible!
