New class times and new Sunday Vinyasa class ✨
Here’s what to expect from the different classes..
*Vinyasa flow yoga. Movement to the breath. Pranayama, asana and meditation practice each practice. Each teacher will bring their own unique teaching style to class.
* Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow blends traditional Hatha yoga’s grounding, alignment-focused postures with the dynamic, breath-synchronized movements of Vinyasa. Unlike fast-paced Vinyasa, it maintains a slower tempo so you can explore each pose, refine your alignment, and link your breath to movement without rushing.
*Gentle flow
Gentle flow yoga is a slow-paced, accessible practice that syncs mindful breath with gentle movements to build flexibility, strength, and inner calm. It is highly customizable, often incorporating ground-based stretches and restorative poses rather than intense physical effort, making it ideal for all levels.
*Slow flow
Slow flow yoga is a meditative, gentler style of Vinyasa that links mindful movement with deep breathing, usually holding poses for multiple breaths. It is excellent for reducing stress, easing tight muscles, and building functional flexibility.
