Itโ€™s to train smarter so you can be consistent for months โ€” not heroic for 10 days.

Here are the 3 priorities that keep you improving instead of collecting niggles:

1) Strength retention (legs + posterior chain)
Strength is your shock absorber.
It protects joints, keeps form solid under fatigue, and makes stations feel lighter.
Think squat, hinge, single-leg work, carries, trunk.

2) Aerobic base
This is what allows you to handle intensity without getting cooked.
It improves recovery, keeps heart rate under control, and makes compromised running feelโ€ฆ manageable.

3) Joint integrity + smart volume
Youโ€™re not fragile โ€” youโ€™re experienced.
Ankles drive your run stride + sled push.
Hips own lunges + stability.
T-spine affects ergs + breathing.
Pair that with planned weekly volume and suddenly training feels repeatable.
