Busy weekend working with Bedford Town FC players on Saturday as they returned to winning ways on Saturday with a 1-0 result against Thame United, followed up by supporting Bedford Town FC Eagles Youth teams this morning. Now to look forward to helping clients who have booked in this week.

Quick interesting read. Always remember pain is your body reminding you there is a problem. The best option is to get it checked and fixed so as not to cause further damage.
