Great event at Bedford parkrun this morning, 6 of us there and our ambassador Michelle Sorley Smith at Jubilee parkrun, Bedford flying the flag and helping Jan achieve her alphabet. Video attached talks about the 5K Your Way. Move Against Cancer charity in our briefing.
I personally love the strap line walk, jog, run, volunteer, cheer and it was great to see 3 of the 6 of us this morning with volunteer roles. Also great to see 4 of 6 male which is unusual too.

Today instead of heading to 5KYW .. I (Michelle) went to Jubilee and met a lady (Jan) who was completing her parkrun alphabet challenge .. what an absolute privilege to be part of a special event .. we had spitfires flying over & sunshine 🌞
