It's great to be racing again. The season started for us last weekend. There were two wheelchair races included in the Beds AAA open at Bedford & County Athletic Club.

Royal Bank of Scotland and ParalympicsGB have teamed up to launch Everyone can play – a new resource pack helping teachers and facilitators make physical activities more inclusive. This is an activity session where young people can design their very own inclusive game using the resources supplied.
