'PROACTION Martial Arts - Bedford is a branch of PROACTION Martial Arts and Fitness. A Family Martial Arts School teaching all from age 4 to adults. At Bedford we offer our unique Mighty Monkeys program - an age specific class for ages 4-6 teaching all the skills your mighty monkey needs for full martial arts class. We follow these classes with ITF Taekwon-Do, delivered in a family friendly manner to all ages 7+. PROACTION Bedford is led by Mr Wrigglesworth (3rd Dan) and Mr Peacock, both are very experienced Martial Artist with an extensive competition career. Mr Wrigglesworth and Mr Peacock both hold coaching qualifications in Taekwon-Do and their energy and enthusiasm for teaching is infectious making these classes great fun whilst being tough, educational and addictive!
