We are back for Winter Bootcamp starting on Tuesday 16th January 2024 🔥

This is our 6-week Bromham Bootcamp taking place at Bromham Village Hall every Tuesday and Thursday from 7.30-8.20pm and Saturday from 9.00-9.50am.

If you are looking for FUN, VARIED and CHALLENGING workouts that will get you AMAZING results whilst working out with LIKE-MINDED people then look no further than Bromham Bootcamp!

The fee pays for the entire Course.

All 18 Sessions, Pre & Post InBody Stats, Nutritional Plan & Structure, NEW Seasonal T Shirt, Years access to the 4SF Bromham Community page.

3) 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣?
If you would class yourself a beginner then we have all the tools to help you. We have a huge range of weights, always offering different rep ranges for all abilities. You'll be amongst like-minded individuals...

The Sessions themselves are all resistance based. We aren't running you into the ground with every workout. There's a program and week on week you'll see and feel yourself improving.

Don't like running... Neither do we 😂 We would maybe run in 5 or 6 of the 18 Sessions... And even then it may only be 10mins of your workout.

Most importantly we have 10 Years in the BOOTCAMP & group exercise training, we will meet you where you're at!

4) 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We have a plan, we have used it for years and transformed hundreds of Bootcampers in that time...

We have a Pre Course chat regarding our formula with all your fellow Bootcampers and other VERY helpful practices that can put you on track for KNOCKOUT 6-Week Course!

Plus we'll drop loads of knowledge bombs throughout the Course via the Course WhatsApp Group.
