How's everyone keeping in lockdown 3.0?

Second week of 2021. Another lockdown. 😅🙈

Nothing to do but to keep going strong, keep staying motivated, keep working hard!

Things will get better!

But until then im giving away free personal training sessions and boxercise sessions! They can be online sessions with your partner or roommate or whoever lives in your household or you can also have sessions alone of course.💪💪

After 2 broken toes and a worldwide pandemic I have to admit I lost my focus a bit. Gained some weight and lost my progress but getting slowly back into it.🥺😬

We can all lose motivation sometimes, we can all get down sometimes. The important thing is to always pick yourself back up! Noone can do it for you! 😬

Make yourself go even when you don't want too! 👇

I really did not want to go today but now im here and happy to be doing my workout!🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

People can console you, hug you, talk to you but noone can make you get back up and start again.

Progress picture finally back at the gym although not feeling as safe as I thought i would with everything going on.💪

Might have to get me a gym at home 🤔
