Taco Tuesday
Carbs are Carbs
If they come from a potato, crisp or pasta pot.
The difference between the 30g of Carbs in pasta and the 30g of carbs in a bag of crisps in negligible.
The difference is what the food gives your as a whole. Pasta is made up of majority Carbs and its part Protien where crisps are mainly Carbs and Fats.
In terms of nutritional density both are quite high. Meaning you don't have to eat alot in quantity before the calories rack up.
So how is this relevant. If you wanna eat crisps, eat crisps. You wanna eat pasta eat pasta...
As long as you fit them into your macros you will stay on track.
If you want to feel fuller, ensure you eat something low in nutritional density like potato's or vegetables these require large volumes to hit the same number of Carbs.
Happy eating
