4. Cone hops

The team finished within 30 minutes.

So proud of Kieron and myself for competing this weekend in the .

It was both our first crossfit competition and for Kieron his first time doing crossfit!

Am I proud because we won... No 😂 we didn't win but we pushed ourselves to our limit and left it all on the floor.

I started my crossfit journey around April due to lockdown and only training out of my garage. Kieron has never don't crossfit before but has a huge background in rugby.

Watch out we will be back.

Bigger and badder than before.
