Zumba at The Bedford is pleased to announce a new Friday class starting 24th February.
The class will follow a similar format to our Monday evening class with a mixture of Zumba and Strong (a HIIT format) with every movement driven by the music.
This will be a 4 week trial due to the availability at the Bedford and we need to confirm if this slot works.

Start time: 9.30am, in the gorgeous ballroom at the Bedford and running for about 50 mins to allow those working from home to get back swiftly!

As a stand alone trial there is a one off charge of £30 for the 4 classes which is a bargain at £7.50 per session.
