Nice to get things on track 🔂 this week!

⭐️ Welcomed a few new wonderful mums to classes as mum & baby courses kicked off👋❤️
⭐️For my Bootcampers - the last few weeks we workout in the dark! 🌓
⭐️ My one to one’s are keeping on track - my gorgeous client Sarah perfected a heavy set of kettlebell front rack lunges today💪
⭐️ Grateful to have found a helper to support me with some of my administration 🤩
⭐️ Thankful 🙏 for a mid week sushi 🍣 meet up friends

Looking forward to the weekend to celebrate hubby’s big birthday 🎂 🎉as a family. 🏡

Another week in the bag. Some highlights ⭐️ for this week;

⭐️Part of the Towers spinathon team helping raise £5,600 for charities Mind & Above and Beyond Cancer. Very proud to be part of such a great instructor team
⭐️ Caught some fab founder friends at the end of the IWD shoot ( - to name a few). Thank you .uk
⭐️ Allowed myself to ask for help - for my business, for my workload & for my sanity. Huge love to all my friends, family, fellow instructors & coaches in my corner, I appreciate you! 😊
⭐️ Classes for mums completing their current blocks (Feb/March courses are now available to book -links in bio).
⭐️ Much needed 2.5 days planned off next week for family time

I am working with such a wonderful community at the moment & I am very proud. 😊 Happy valentines weekend ❤️

First week in Feb 🗓️ done! Few highlights 😍:

⭐️ Waved goodbye 👋 to my beautiful client .faith.hope as she prepares for her new arrival👶 (she is an incredible pre/postnatal pilates teacher herself)
⭐️ Had fun in all Mum classes - props to everyone who made it out in this weather with little ones ☔️
⭐️ Seeing a couple of my clients make great progress towards their goals 👏
⭐️ Found out Kale crisped in the air-fryer tastes good on absolutely everything! 🥬😋

Still struggling with the early mornings 😴 - but the bird song 🎵 🐦 is back & spring with its lighter mornings is not far off!!

Back to PT (& early mornings 😴& welcomed a lovely new client)
Arctic Bootcamp ❄️ (bootcamp on ice) was impressed by the team get stuck in despite the subzero temperatures 🥶
Couple of awesome sessions for myself (gosh, there is work to do after 🎄🍗🍫😱)
If only I could be as enthusiastic about the roadworks 🚧 around bedford!

Enrollment is open for 6 weeks of classes on either a Tuesday or Thursday (booking links in bio).

We use resistance bands to bring you a safe, functional session designed around the movements we use in motherhood. Ideal for building strength for our most demanding role. 💪🍼

A STRONG 💪 finish to 2025! The most amazing 🤩 group of ladies and babies 👶 🍼came together today for a Strong Mums Christmas 🎄 Session.

Lot’s of smiles 😀 & red faces 😊 - from both mums & tots (& me). All the feels for the last session of the year - o know how much the little ones will grow 🌱over the break. 🥰

I am in the process of opening booking 🗓️for Strong Mums 2026 - watch this space if you’re thinking of giving us a try in the new year. An opportunity to come & workout with baby in tow (once you’ve recovered after birth and pregnancy). Feel free to message if you’d like info.

Postnatal exercise & rehabilitation.

Yesterday I hosted a one-off festive class for new Mums looking to explore our mum & baby 👶 🍼sessions ahead of the New Year 🎉. It was a pleasure to be joined by Postnatal Pilates Specialist - Tarley Davies .being who took us through some pelvic floor and core activation work - watch this space she has great things planned for 2026. We followed with some more strength exercises & stayed for a chat & a cuppa after ☕️🍪.

January / Feb Mum & Baby courses are now live to book 🗓️ (link in bio). Strong Mums courses will be available soon.
