From 9–14 March, your child can refer a friend to gymnastics for a FREE class!

✨ Limited spaces – booking required
🚫 No walk-ins

How to book:

1️⃣ Friend registers via our website

2️⃣ Parent emails [email protected] with the friend’s details so we can book the FREE session within their age group.

If your friend joins for the Mar/Apr/May term:

💥 They get £10 OFF their first term
💥 You get £10 OFF your next term when you renew

A great chance to share the fun of gymnastics and bring a friend along! 🤸‍♀️

General Gymnastics Classes for children now available at Newham Leisure Centre.

📅 Class Days & Times

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday with sessions by age group:
Tuesday • Wednesday • Friday
• 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Ages 5–7
• 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Ages 7–10
• 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Ages 8–14 (extended session)

Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Ages 5–7
• 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Ages 7–10
• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Ages 8–14
• 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Ages 5–7
• 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Ages 7–10
• 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Ages 8–14 (extended session).

There are also pre-school classes (ages 3–4) on Wednesday 3pm - 3:45pm or 3:45pm - 4:30pm & Friday 3pm - 3:45pm

🎟️ Taster Sessions

• Taster / trial sessions offered on Fridays only.
• These cost about £5 per session (non-refundable).

🔎 How to Book

Registration and booking are done online via our website/parent portal link in bio.
Once registered, parents can enrol in classes and pay term fees there.

Today we say a massive thank you to our Head Coach, Alun, as he moves on to his next chapter.

Alun has been an incredible leader, mentor, and inspiration to everyone at the club. His dedication, passion, and commitment have made a huge impact on our gymnasts, staff and our community. We will miss you!
