DiVine Power Yoga DiVine Power Yoga is a high intensity
Vinyasa Style Dynamic Yoga Class
where students coordinate movement with
breath to flow from one pose to the next.

This is not for the faint hearted, these
classes will increase your overall strength
and improve flexibility as well as a great
way to relax your mind. All I ask from my students are the 3 D
CODE. Discipline,
Determination,
Dedication! Yoga is for everyone regardless of age,
size or gender! Don't miss out on the benefits of yoga. Complete beginners are always welcome. Remember this is not a compet

ition. You can work at your own pace and
however you feel comfortable. Each pose can be modified to
accommodate injuries or alignment
problems.
