A fun and social session centered around a work out you can take at your own pace! It is catered to all ages and abilities with Heads-Up Coach Ross!

An inclusive, engaging session to hit lots of balls to practice your shots, strengthen the heart, burns some calories, improve core strength and your mental wellbeing! 💥

The session will start on Thursday the 7th of November from 6:30pm-7:30pm and is £7 for Members of Beccles Tennis Club and £9 for Non-Members!

Hope to see lots of you on the courts on the 7th of November! 🎾👌
