Hi everyone,

Apologies for the late notice, but after giving it a lot of thought, we've decided that we will be cancelling Combat & Tone tonight.

With the temperatures expected to be extremely high, the hut is already very warm, and we're concerned that conditions won't be comfortable or safe for an exercise class.

To make up for this, we will happily transfer your booking to any other class of your choice this week or next. Just drop us a message and we'll get you booked in. Alternatively if you would like a refund, just let us know.

Thank you for your understanding. We'd much rather make this decision now than have anyone exercising in unsuitable conditions, and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Broadway Boogie, you were AMAZING tonight! ✨🎭

Despite the heat, you all showed up, brought the energy, and absolutely smashed it!

We know it's not always easy to leave the house when it's this warm, so thank you for spending your evening singing, dancing and sweating it out with us. ❤️

Tonight we had not one, but TWO brand new tracks from Six and Mary Poppins... plus a surprise country number thrown into the mix! 🤠💃 YEE HAW!

Seeing everyone throw themselves into the routines, laugh at the unexpected twists, and fully embrace the fun is exactly what Broadway Boogie is all about.

Thank you for another fantastic night. We might have left a little sweatier than usual, but we definitely left with bigger smiles! 🎶✨

Here's how to get your work outs in during a heatwave and stay comfortable...

💧Drink those electrolytes, before, during, after working out - just get them in your body!

👚 Take some layers off or keep them light to stay cool. WEAR THE SHORTS!

🧊Put some wetwipes or a wet flannel in the freezer ....game changer for cooling off!

Friday nights 💜💚💙💛

We know how tempting it is to stay home when it's warm outside, you've had a long week, and the sofa is calling your name... but once again, you all showed up and absolutely smashed it! 💜

A huge thank you to every single person who came along tonight. Your energy, smiles and effort never go unnoticed, and we appreciate every one of you choosing to spend your Friday evening with us.

It was also lovely to welcome some more new faces to the Scout Hut family tonight! ✨️

One of our favourite parts about our Scout Hut is the catch ups after class!

Getting to know you all a bit more, sharing stories, and building such a supportive community is what makes these classes so special.

Thank you for bringing the vibes, the sweat and the smiles.

WOW... tonight was HOT! 🔥

The energy in RockFit was through the roof, the sweat was dripping, and the singing was LOUD! 🤘🏻

A special mention to Gem for introducing a brand new track from Skindred's latest album, "My People" and honestly, we couldn't think of a more fitting song for our Scout Hut family. 💜

Finding people who love the same music as you, who cheer you on, who make you laugh, and who make turning up to exercise feel like seeing friends... that's something really special.

At the Scout Hut, we're not just building fitness classes, we're building a community. A place where you can 100% be yourself, meet new people, have a laugh, and find YOUR people.
