Royal Anglesey Yacht Club Royal Anglesey Yacht Club offers sailing, rowing, training and social events in Beaumaris

2022 Sailing season has started and the club will be open every Wednesday and Saturday after sailing as well as on Sundays from Noon. All other social events will be posted on our website, on social media and will be shared on the jib sheet via email to all members.

Yesterday at the RAYC we hosted the first Commodore's Invitational where 11 Clubs from the region were invited to race Fife's. After 3 very competitive races in perfect conditions the overall winners were Trearddur Bay Sailing Club, 2nd Red Wharf Bay Sailing Club, 3rd West Kirby Sailing Club. After racing everyone came back to the Club for a fantastic BBQ where it was great to see so many familiar faces and new from the various Clubs and hear all the stories from the day's racing. Huge thanks to everyone that helped and the owners for allowing us to use their boats in making the day such a success. I am already looking at dates for next year and hopefully build on the success of this year's event.

Royal Dee Yacht Club, Royal Mersey Yacht Club, West Kirby Sailing Club, Hoylake Sailing Club, Conway Yacht Club, Llanfairfechan Sailing Club, Red Wharf Bay Sailing Club, Trearddur Bay Sailing Club, Port Dinorwic Sailing Club, Royal Welsh Yacht Club and Pwllheli Sailing Club.

The Fife Association celebrated the centenary of the Fife one design at Chateau Rhianfa last night. It was wonderful gathering of sailors, family and friends. Further events are planned during the year as we continue to commemorate the Fife on the Menai Strait.
