OJ Sports Multisports coaching for children We are OJ Sports and we specialise in running after school sports classes for nursery and primary school children.

These classes consist of a wide range of activities, ranging from: Uni-hoc, First Shinty, Football, Basketball, Handball to Athletics and many more. We also use activities like obstacle courses and throwing and catching games to improve the childrens' co-ordination, balance and fitness. We are also available for hire for childrens' birthday parties, these can be tailored to the childrens' individu

al demands. For example, obstacle courses and running around games for younger children, and mini sports tournaments for older children. We also provide personal training services for anyone from children to teenagers to adults, this may be with the goal of getting fitter or trying to improve sporting performance levels. Here is a list of the Schools we are currently operating in, please get in touch to book in :-)
