Dance In Action Studio ENROL NOW! Dance training in a state of the art studio. Examinations from 3yrs to Professional/Teach Students can attend from age 3 years.

Ashleigh Baecker, principal of Dance In Action Studio offers dance tuition in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary and street. Dance students have opportunity to take grade examinations to professional level through the British Association Teachers of Dance (BATD), an organisation validated by the Council of Dance Education and Training. In addition, students participate in dance school productions at Eden Court Theatre in Inverness and other events.

We accept students from age 3 years. Students can continue their training to vocational/ professional level. Over the years students have successfully auditioned for dance colleges, associate programmes such as Scottish Ballet, S-MB Company & Morea Performing Arts & qualified with teacher qualifications. We offer BATD exams (many students have been nominated to compete for BATD UK Wide Scholarship). We also offer opportunity to be part of our elite competition teams. So very proud of you all!! 👌👏Special shout out to Maeve Bolger, Ava Ingram & Millie Conroy who are holding their DIAS graduation teddies - final exams after 15 wonderful years of being your teacher. We're delighted to be holding junior open auditions for this year's pantomime Cinderella with Imagine Theatre! 🤩

Auditions will be on Sun 30 Aug 2026 here at Eden Court and will be open to anyone aged between 9 and 15 years during rehearsals and performances.
