Introducing my tiniest yogi Piper ❤️ born 19th June. She's super chill and loves a good massage and yoga sesh, which I'm very much enjoying practicing on a real baby and not a demo doll!

Loving all the dreamy newborn cuddles and being a mum of three girlies. 🐣🐣🐣

Yesterday I had my last Mum & Bub class with this lovely lot! It's been such a pleasure to teach this last class of mamas and babas before I head off to have a baba of my own!

Last week of classes before I'm off on maternity leave!

I couldn't take a photo without Rory inserting herself into it so I've had to include her. 😂

Mum and Bub yoga combines postnatal yoga with baby stretching and tummy time in a relaxed, fun environment with lots of opportunities to get to know other local mamas.

Ujjayi Breath, or Ocean Breath, is a traditional breathing technique we often practice during classes. When done properly, you can hear the sound of your breath echoing in your head, helping to drive out thoughts. It can sound like the tide coming in and out. 🌊
