You never really know who you are until life hands you a Tower moment.

The collapse. The disruption. The chapter that ends without a choice.

Sometimes it arrives through heartbreak, loss, or chaos. Sometimes it comes through a choice you finally have the courage to make. But either way, it arrives because something deeper is calling you back to yourself.

When everything familiar falls away, you’re given a rare gift: the chance to stop running on autopilot, to reconnect, to listen, and to remember who you are beneath the expectations, identities, and stories you’ve been carrying.

The Tower isn’t here to destroy you. It’s here to strip away what was never truly you.

What happens next matters. How you respond to the discomfort, the uncertainty, and the silence will shape your future and how aligned it is to the real you. You can resist it, or you can use it as an invitation to ground yourself, reconnect to the earth, heal, and rebuild from a place of truth.

Because sometimes the most painful chapters are actually the beginning of meeting yourself for the very first time…. ✨

Some people can’t celebrate your wins with you because they haven’t reached that depth within themselves yet. And the moment you start looking for an answer, validation, or approval from others, you stop truly celebrating yourself. Real fulfillment comes when your joy no longer needs permission to exist, but when you can give it to yourself simply because you know you are worthy 🧡

Life is all smoke and mirrors 💨 🪞

The mirrors are there to reflect the parts of ourselves we’re still learning to see; our wounds, patterns, triggers. They show us where healing is needed and where growth is waiting.

The smoke is a distraction. The confusion. The tests that cloud our vision and pull us away from our purpose.
Fear, ego, validation, chaos, all made to challenge whether we’ll stay aligned with who we truly are meant to be.

But both serve a purpose.
The mirrors bring awareness.
The smoke builds discernment.

And together, they guide us closer to the life, peace, and version of ourselves we’re meant to become.

The questions we need to stay rooted in are…
✨ Who am I becoming?
✨ What do I really want from this life?
✨ Am I prepared to put myself in situations that will give me these answers AND be willing to hold myself through the discomfort that may come with……???

Life is full of mirrors.

Not the kind on walls, the kind that show up through people, relationships, challenges, and experiences.

Everything reflects something back to us: our patterns, our wounds, our growth, our fears, and the parts of ourselves still asking to be seen.

And the truth is we need these mirrors. We need the experiences, relationships and scenarios that bring out our discomfort. When you stay comfortable for too long not only do you not get to ever really know yourself, but you also avoid the truth - the truth of the life you actually came here to live and create.

Everything is an opportunity to get closer to where you wanna be. You just have to bravely look into the mirrors and stop avoiding what life is trying to show you.

The uncomfortable moments often become the greatest teachers.

If you let them.

Growth begins when we stop asking “Why is this happening to me?” and start asking, “What is this trying to show me about myself?”

That deeper self-awareness is the work.

Sometimes you have to break your own boundaries to truly find them.

When a boundary keeps getting crossed, it’s not failure; it’s a sign that a part of you still hasn’t been fully met, understood, or loved by you yet. So it searches for attention elsewhere.

You have to let it melt, unravel, play out, and even get messy sometimes in order to understand where your real limits are.

Most of us are protecting ourselves from mess and chaos. Sure that makes sense. But often the mess teaches you what control or protection never could.

Once you let that part of you unravel and show you what it’s looking for, you can build boundaries rooted in self-love instead of protection and avoidance. Boundaries that actually feel true enough to stick to.

It’s okay to not know yourself completely yet. Very few people have met every version of themselves on every level.

Healing and self discovery is about listening to the parts of you that call for your attention closely enough to understand what they really need, not what you assume they need before you’ve even listened. 🩷

Patience is powerful when it comes from trust, not self-abandonment.

Some things take time; healing, growth, alignment.

But patience should never mean overstepping your own boundaries, silencing your needs, or accepting less than you deserve.

I’m learning you can trust divine timing and still walk away from what continuously dishonors you.

Sometimes the lesson isn’t to wait longer.
Sometimes it’s to choose yourself sooner. ✨
