☄️the scientific consensus today shows that “bad” posture doesn’t reliably predict or cause back pain.
❌for decades we have been told that slouching, rounding out shoulders, failing to sit up straight is a direct ticket to chronic back pain. If it’s true, how come this young gentlemen aged 90 years old, with a fused knee and a shorter leg from the age of 9!! years old, walks and exercises and is pain free in his body?

🎯your “bad” posture is a myth
🎯your increased lower back curve (lordosis) is a myth

✅the real culprit is lack of movement.
