Position: Personal Trainer & Small group trainer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions for both small group classes and individual clients.
- Develop tailored workout plans that meet the needs and goals of clients.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for all participants.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and wellness habits as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Personal Trainer with a solid track record in both 1-2-1 training and small group sessions.
- Certifying qualifications in personal training and relevant fitness programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of varying fitness levels.
- Availability to work weekends.

We will require you to think of a very savvy fitness nickname and have a guess of what time you think you will achieve just before you hang away.

**RULES APPLY**

▪︎ 1 shot only. No multiple tries.
▪︎ Overhand grip only
▪︎ No accessories including handle attachments or buddies holding you up.
▪︎ Feet fully off the ground.
▪︎ Chalk is optional - we will have this on site for anyone who wishes to use it.

An incredibly valuable evening, hosted by the very knowledgeable female wellness and hormones specialists & . 😊

Talking all things hormones and touching on subjects for all age groups including menstrual cycles, pregnancy, menopause (including pre and post) and answering any questions our ladies had to ask.

A huge thank you to for providing mini meals and snacks throughout the night too.

And of course a huge huge thank you to ALL of our members and their guests for coming along with the wonderful Doctors who made this evening possible. ❤️

Great feedback with many leaving more confident and more curious too which in this industry, is usually a good sign.

Another beautiful and much needed YOGA session at K1 last night. 🧘🏻🧘‍♀️

We thank YOGA teacher ELLIE - for welcoming us into her class and helping both our coaches and members relieve stress from both our bodies and minds. ❤️

We encourage ALL of our members to book into a YOGA class either with:

▪︎ Eliie - Wednesday's : 8pm - 9pm
▪︎ Amy - Thursday's: 11am - 12pm

As this will promote more effective essential muscle recovery, improve agility, mobility and flexibility, improve blood flow which transports vital vitamins and minerals throughout our bodies, improve breathing and much much more. 🙏

This is a LARGE GROUP CLASS so is part of the unlimited sessions available to our members. And will NOT be deducted from any PT sessions. 😊
