Reaching the top shelf and staying there on tip toes.

Then staying steady as you get the plates, the jar, is a task in itself.

What do you grab, the cabinet door, the counter?

And just like putting your leggings on or taking your shoes off, it’s one of those moments where balance shows up your day.

Most of us assume wobbling means we need stronger legs or ankles.

Or more balance exercises.

But what if the reason you’re wobbling is much simpler than that?

That’s exactly why I created my FREE 2½-minute Wobble Check.

Learn one simple thing you can do immediately to make standing on one leg or tiptoes easier.

Most of us don’t think twice about grabbing the furniture.

It’s quick.
It’s sensible.
It’s become normal.

But those little things often tell us far more about how we’re moving than any exercise class can.

The natural assumption is that you need better balance.

After all, if you’re wobbling standing on one leg, that sounds like a balance problem.

But what if the wobble isn’t actually the thing you should be paying attention to?

What if it’s simply a clue?

A clue that something else is making it harder for your body to keep you steady.

That’s exactly what The Wobble Check helps you uncover.

In less than 3 minutes you’ll discover one thing most women never think to look at and why it can make standing on one leg feel completely different.

It’s funny how often the wobble shows up.

Walking on muddy paths, uneven ground and stony slopes all have us paying a lot more attention to where our feet are landing.

But the real test is when you’re standing on one leg taking your shoes off afterwards, or do you lean against the wall?

And you’d naturally assume that wobbling is about weak legs or needing more balance exercises, the reason is usually not what we think.

If balancing on one leg suddenly feels wobblier than it used to.

Try The FREE Wobble Check, It only takes 2½-minutes.

You’ may be surprised by what you discover.

Which is interesting because both involve balancing on one leg.

Yet one feels easy.

The other can have us hopping around the bedroom or reaching for something to hold onto.

Most of us assume that means we need stronger legs.
Or more balance exercises.

But what if the reason you’re wobbling is much simpler than that?

You’d think all that walking would make standing on one leg feel easy.

Yet sitting down to put shoes on is one of the most common things we do because it feels easier than balancing on one leg.

Most of us assume we need stronger legs.
Or more balance exercises for better balance.

But before you do either of those things, I have something I want you to try right now.

Try this FREE quick Wobble Check to see why balancing on one leg to put your leggings on suddenly feels wobblier than it used to.

And discover the simple adjustment that can make standing on one leg feel easier straight away.

It takes 2½-minutes

Then I broke my wrist tripping over a kerb, rushing across a petrol station.

What surprised me wasn’t the fall.

It was discovering how many of us as active women are quietly holding onto furniture, sitting down to put shoes on and watching every step on uneven ground.

And I realised something.

Many of us walk, swim, run, exercise and stay active, but it doesn’t automatically mean we stay steady on our feet.

That’s what led me to develop The Wobble Check, to give you something quick to test out why standing on one leg suddenly feels wobblier to put your leggings on.

And one simple thing you can do immediately that can make standing on one leg feel easier.

Some days I can balance perfectly.

Others I’m all over the place!

Interesting the contrast.

Because if it was simply a balance problem, surely it would be the same every day.

Yet sometimes you hardly think about it.

Other days you’re wobbling putting your trousers on or when you reach for something in that too kitchen cupboard.

Maybe we shouldn’t be thinking about is my balance good, but why does my balance feel so different one day to the next?

🎪 Tell me I’m not the only one who has circus days

12/06/2026

Most of us assume wobbling means we need more balance exercises.

Which sounds logical.

But when women tell me when they feel most wobbly, it’s rarely during a balance exercise.

It’s putting leggings on.

Walking on uneven ground.

Reaching into a cupboard.

Stepping over something in the garden.

The everyday moments to stay upright, use our balance, without really thinking about it.

So maybe the question isn’t:

How can I do more balance exercises?

Maybe it’s:

Why am I still wobbling when I’m already doing them?

👇 What’s the thing that makes you feel most wobbly these days?

How often do you sit down to put your shoes on without even thinking about it?

Most of us do.

It’s easier, quicker, less faff

But putting your shoes on standing up is one of those everyday moments where you’re balancing on one leg without even realising it.

Which is why I’ve always found it curious that women who walk, swim, play tennis, go to Pilates and stay active often still choose to sit down.

Because if simply being active was the answer, surely standing on one leg to put a shoe on would feel easy too.
