Thursday all abilities run group.

Want to know what your current flat 5k time is? Good because this week we are doing a timed 5k- Hastings Parkrun style!

Please meet at Grosvenor Gardens for 7pm start where we will have a thorough warm up before you head off for a 5k where I record your times.

£3 pay as you go or first time free.

Nice downhill start and a trip through the park then back to the Ridge via Old Roar Road.
Just managing to miss the rain!
Everyone completing between 6-7 miles, slightly more for those with an earlier start.

Still some sunshine this evening. We left the car park and went on a warm up run to the bottom of a hill. Had fun with hill reps and exercises: weighted dead-bugs, glute bridges, donkey kicks and resistance deadlifts! Very glute heavy today- my bad 😉

Followed this, a lovely run back and so many steps 😬
