We combine dumbbells with Pilates in Wednesdays session. This creates a highly effective low impact workout that builds muscular endurance , stability and core strength . We add 1kg weight to traditional Pilates movements which challenge the stabilising muscles , increased heart rate to benefit a strong toned body . 🙌 🧘‍♀️ 💕

A little about the M in the MFitness I’ve been working in the fitness industry for nearly 30 years, and my passion has always been simple—helping people feel better through movement.

Over the years, I’ve developed a special interest in supporting women to become more active, confident, and comfortable with exercise. I understand the barriers many women face, and I aim to create a space that feels supportive, inclusive, and empowering.

My background includes exercise rehabilitation and teaching a wide variety of classes, with over 20 years specialising in Pilates. I am also qualified in Reformer Pilates, allowing me to offer more personalised and effective training for strength, mobility, and recovery. Coincidentally through Pilates I have been on a personal rehabilitation journey after my cancer diagnosis 6 years ago .

I truly believe that it’s never too late to start. You are never too old to exercise, and never too old to learn something new no matter where you are in your journey in life .
