When Dianne first joined Scope, she was a dedicated runner and a frequent visitor to the physio.
Years of pounding the pavement had taken a toll on her ankles, knees and hips, and she started to realise that being fit didn’t always mean being strong.
That was when she decided to try something different, that was us, Scope.
Weight training wasn’t about chasing a number on the scale or trying to be skinny.
For Dianne, it was about building a body that could move well, stay resilient and feel powerful.
What started as a way to prevent injuries soon became something much bigger.
Now, Dianne trains to be strong, not just for the gym but for life.
Most importantly, she’s found a space where she can push herself, release the stress from her life and walk out our doors feeling ready to take on the world.
Dianne’s story is proof that strength isn’t about perfection and that change is never limited
