It’s ok to want specific physique body goals
Just remember to not chase it to the extent it effects the quality of your life while sacrificing your overall mental and physical health
For example, Is it really worth chasing 6 pack abs when it leaves you feeling miserable to the extent you can’t stop thinking about food, you can’t sleep well and your mental/physical health is taking a toll?
Chase the kind of life that you know you will be able to sustain, be healthy and happy! 💓
Not to mention, embrace the body you currently have along the way 💪🏼
Stop comparing yourself to that Instagram model, that fit pro on the magazine cover, anyone else but YOU. Even if you did the same training/eating regime as that other person, you will never look the exact same as them! And remember, that is NOT a terrible thing, it’s what makes you YOU.
So ladies, stop forever comparing and hating your own body today and start embracing what it can do, what it looks like now, and, stop looking for quick fixes and short cuts to reach your health and fitness goals.
You are one of a kind. Treat your body and mind with respect and speak to it kindly.
