EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT ✨‼️

I have now returned back to Personal Training since pre covid at Puregym!!! 🤩✨

Not only will I offer online coaching, I will now be also doing PT now!

So happy I get to go back doing this after a few years break. From working at the Livingston Puregym to now the Quartermile Puregym, I am so buzzing for this new journey 🥰

I am very new to the gym but super buzzing to meet new people 🫶🏼

Do you feel low in confidence, don’t know where to start with your fat loss journey and never seem to ever manage to stick to your “diet” and always need to “start back on Monday”?

Rewind 6 months ago and this was how Abbie felt.

Fast forward 6 months and Abbie is over 1 stone down, said she’s finding her confidence again and had transformed her whole lifestyle.

From not being able to run 6 months ago to now running 7k and training for our 10k charity run in June

From not being able to shift her weight to being over a stone down now

From mot having many dresses/clothes fit her anymore to now fitting back into some old dresses she’s been wanting to fit back into for years

The list goes on.

Abbie won the most welcoming client back in December and ever since she started with me late October, she has been the most consistent and hard working!! Everyday she shows up and turns up 💪🏼

Abbie achieved this so far by utilizing everything inside Limitless. Turning up to any weekly classes if she knows she needs that extra help that week, leans in and communicates with me if she’s stuck, check ins every single week and turns up to every single cooking class I’ve ever had 🤣👊🏼

I am SO proud of her. This June we have signed up to run a 10k Cancer Research run and I am so excited to have Abbie alongside of me so that we can support each other 🫶🏼❤️

It’s ok to want specific physique body goals

Just remember to not chase it to the extent it effects the quality of your life while sacrificing your overall mental and physical health

For example, Is it really worth chasing 6 pack abs when it leaves you feeling miserable to the extent you can’t stop thinking about food, you can’t sleep well and your mental/physical health is taking a toll?

Chase the kind of life that you know you will be able to sustain, be healthy and happy! 💓

Not to mention, embrace the body you currently have along the way 💪🏼

Stop comparing yourself to that Instagram model, that fit pro on the magazine cover, anyone else but YOU. Even if you did the same training/eating regime as that other person, you will never look the exact same as them! And remember, that is NOT a terrible thing, it’s what makes you YOU.

So ladies, stop forever comparing and hating your own body today and start embracing what it can do, what it looks like now, and, stop looking for quick fixes and short cuts to reach your health and fitness goals.

You are one of a kind. Treat your body and mind with respect and speak to it kindly.

Stop forever chasing fat loss and let’s chase to get STRONG 💪🏼 😜

How to remove the all or nothing mindset with food whilst on holiday/traveling

I use to dread the post holiday ‘weight gain’ before even going on holiday.

I had this mindset where every time I had my meals it had to be ‘all or nothing’, telling myself that I’d get back on my ‘diet’ once I was back so ramming every possible food that id label ‘bad’ down me like there’s no tomorrow 🫠

Now, if I’m traveling/on holiday, I like to make sure I have a bit of everything I want to eat, but also make sure I’m still prioritizing foods that help me feel and perform good.

And here are a few things that has really helped me whilst I’m here in Hong Kong, which is why I do feel that holiday bloat that I use to always feel from day one, and they are 👇

⭕️ To make sure I still opt for dishes that has veggies in them or ask for side of veggies
⭕️ I bring protein powder and protein bars with me on trips so I can snack on them or add to my meals
⭕️ I still make sure I am eating foods that make me feel and perform good rather than only just eating foods that I would use to label ‘bad’
⭕️ I stop eating when I feel satisfied and not when I’m uncomfortably full like I use to
⭕️ I opt for dishes that has a protein source in it

With these little things I do, this helps me find that balance of not having that all or nothing mindset I use to have with good previously and as a result I don’t end up feeling like an a whale my whole holiday.

With these changes my energy is so much better on holiday, I don’t feel constantly bloated like I use to, I don’t feel like I need to restart my ‘diet’ every time I get home and so this could help you too!
