🌟Cheerleading starting on Friday 21st April.

🌟Looking for something to do on a Friday after school?! Why not get yourself along to this awesome cheerleading class and shake those Pom Poms and have lots of fun learning those Cheers and stunts!

🌟6-12years starting Friday. 1.30-2.30pm at Titan Fitness, Bathgate.

Come along and learn all the fundamentals of cheerleading from Cheers, Dance and stunts. This class will also help with co-ordination, balance, flexibility, strength and build confidence. Why not come along to this class and shake those pom poms and have fun while learning all those cheerleading moves. No experience necessary.
