The days of going to the gym are long gone 😔
You’ve let your fitness absolutely plummet 📉
Your strength is at an all time low 😩
You’re always volunteering to go in goals at football just to get a breather🧤
The dad bod is becoming more and more apparent 🫃
Clothes feeling too tight 🤏
Scales creeping up ⚖️
And it’s really starting to get you down 😞
All because you think that you can’t prioritise yourself 🧐
Now imagine you’re able to get stronger than you ever have in your life 💪
Without having to be in the gym every day ❌
You get leaner and having the lowest body fat you’ve ever had 😁
Without killing yourself with cardio 🥵
Or having to eat boring, bland food 🥗
And still enjoying holidays with the family 🏖️

Because he wanted to better himself and get fitter than he’d ever been before 😤
He stopped thinking he had to be all in at the gym 🙂↔️
And finally managed to get to his lowest body fat percentage 💯
He hit PBs on his deadlift and bench press 🏋️♂️
And is back to feeling ecstatic with how he’s looking and performing 👌
