Adults membership - £70 monthly unlimited classes

Juniors monthly options
£30 - 1 class per week
£40 - 2 classes per week
£50 - 3 classes per week

Payment only accepted on the 1st of the month

Non payment will result in membership spaces being advertised.

Payment will NOT be accepted on any other date.

There is NO pay by class option for juniors.

Automated system is operational as of May. This will be advertised and communicated next week.

All non paid memberships will be removed from our member system as of April 2nd

Aberdeen Combat Show seen 4 fighters make the walk for the gym.

First up in a demo bout, we had Lewis out. Other than an interclub, this was Lewis' first experience of a competitive environment in Muay Thai. An invaluable 5 rounds where he showed that we have a lot to look forward to when he starts representing the gym in results based bouts.

Next up, Kace. Aggressive from the bell with combination work an low kicks, Kace secured the stoppage in round 2, earning him the win in his first outing for the gym (outside of tournament format).

Tom stepped up next against a very slick operator in Kai from AMT. A good 5 rounds overall, but Tom drops the decision. We already have the next match lined up and a list of what to address to make the necessary improvements.

Last up, Ryan White. Ryan secures stoppage in round 4 against an opponent who came to fight. Ryan showed dominance and composure in the clinch exchanges, scoring and landing damaging knees en route to the win.

I'm immensely proud of all the guys' efforts. I'm also grateful to the corner team of Charlie, Zsolt and Kris for their efforts over the whole weekend, in my absence.

I'm not grateful however to Zsolt for his inability to take a photo 😑, so here's a happy Ryan getting his hand raised.

Neil gets the job done tonight in Newcastle by way of decision.

Great to see such composure and technique from two big guys. Normally the heavyweight division gets it tight for being messy brawls, but that was great to watch.

Time to heal up before we look at what's next for Neil, but any potential matches can feel free to get in touch.

Another solid junior session in the bank this weekend, with some exciting prospects ahead for the students.

Zsolt has incrementally and quite impressively progressed this group of students to capable, competent and confident in their skillset. Now showing much more awareness of technique, more self awareness and more competitive drive.

We look forward to the year ahead, both with competition and witnessing the growth in the students personally.

With this in mind and the fact that our junior sessions are almost at capacity, we have to ensure policy and practices are being respected and observed by students and parents.

Timekeeping has been poor as of late, with several repeat offenders.

This is disruptive and disrespectful to the session and Zsolt's coaching of the kids. If you expect us to deliver high quality sessions, the least we expect is you to respect our time and boundaries.

As of now, any student arriving more than 5 minutes late is not permitted to join the session. The class time never changes, so everyone is aware and prepared for the start time.

In cases of unexpected or unanticipated incidents, we are a message away. However, if we are not made aware, junior students will be turned away.

This means that as a parent, if you cannot arrive within the specified allowance, please do not attend and definitely do not send your child in, expecting our conscience to bypass the rules.

This may seem abrupt, harsh, or even offensive in some cases to people, however I'd imagine that's the people most likely turning up late.

We aren't only setting rules, we're setting standards.

These standards we hope translate into other areas of the students lives, to positively impact them.

We're proud to announce that we will be sponsoring Bathgate Thistle U16 girls Blacks, for their upcoming season.

As many of you may have seen, we have previously sponsored female football teams with last season's sponsorship of Glasgow Girls and Women's U16 Pinks.

This time it was important for me personally to find a team more local and this time we have the added bonus of our own student Aiva being part of the squad.

I've specifically chosen to support the team this year for several reasons, but the main one being that if we can help support female participation and inclusion in previously male dominated environments, we'll likely see wider spread female participation in sport in general, which can only be a good thing.

Bathgate Thistle share the same morals and principles of providing a welcoming, encouraging and safe space for girls to train and not only progress, but succeed.

Again.

Charlie steps back into the always awesome Oran Mór against Hristo Stoev, making the trip over from Origins Muay Thai, Ireland 🇮🇪.

Anyone who's watched Charlie will know what to expect... blood, violence and Charlie actively looking for ways to make it hard for himself 😂

The work never stopped, so by the time these two step in to face each other, it comes down to who wants it more.

2026 is well underway and we're back at it.

Our timetable is back in full operation, without restriction.

We're looking forward to welcoming back our class members after a well deserved break, as well as some new faces looking to make positive changes, or try something new for the new year.

As with previous occasions, we are limiting intake of new members in order to guarantee our standards. Lots of bodies on the mat looks amazing, of course, but it's more important that we have contact and input with everyone attending, which sometimes larger numbers makes it hard to deliver on.

We run a fully integrative timetable which means all skill levels and experience levels will participate in sessions together. This allows for progression within the newer groups of students, with opportunities to learn from fighters and students who have walked the same path they are on.

We have some big changes and developments planned for this year in the gym, both in a competitive and training sense, so we encourage anyone on the fence to just take that step and commit to becoming part of it.

🚨 ‼️ MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION ‼️ 🚨

Much of this has been posted previously...

However, with reduced operating hours during the festive period our system operator has yet to finalise our payment link.

The means that for January only payments must be be on the 1st BY DIRECT DEBIT/STANDING ORDER

This is the last month this option will be possible, all fees paid should reflect the change in pricing stated below. We expect payment IN FULL prior to attendance.

All previous standing orders to be affected should be cancelled as per prior notice.

Joint memberships for Thai and gym area need change nothing at the moment.

Boring post alert, however the following post is to provide plenty of notice regarding the incoming changes affecting membership.

PRICE INCREASE

All membership prices will be subject to increase. We have not made any changes to pricing since our opening, so due to increased running costs, the time has come to make the necessary adjustments.

Muay Thai monthly membership - £70

**Combined gym and Thai memberships will be unaffected by changes**

Junior membership
1 class per week - £25 per month
2 classes per week - £40 per month
3 classes per week - £50 per month

MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM

ALL memberships will be processed on an automated system which will require input of your personal details and payment method.

Payments will be taken on the 1st of every month. The system will attempt to take payment on the details given a maximum of 3 times.

This is non-negotiable.

All unpaid memberships will be cancelled from the system and revert to pay by class pricing.

Cancellation/Late Fees
---------------------------
Existing and first time members do not need to concern themselves with an admin fee.

Any member who cancels then looks to reinstate will be subject to a £15 administrator charge.

Late payment will be subject to a £5 charge PER ATTEMPT. Which means that if funds aren't available on the method provided, the system will attempt three times, resulting in £15 worth of late charges.

All fees are fixed by the system.

THIS POST WILL BE REPOSTED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE NOTICE AND AWARENESS FOR ALL MEMBERS.

CHANGES WILL BE IMPLEMENTED JANUARY 1st 2026.

ALL NOVEMBER MEMBERSHIPS SHOULD BE UP TO DATE, ANY UNPAID WILL BE PAY BY CLASS FROM THIS POINT.

ANY UNPAID JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND SESSIONS AS YOUR CHILD WILL BE TURNED AWAY, THESE MEMBERSHIPS ACT AS PLACEHOLDERS SO ALL UNPAID JUNIOR SPACES WILL NOW BECOME AVAILABLE.

For any issues/concerns with either the new process or the wording of the post, please contact me directly. However, this incoming system is necessary in a business, logistical, administrative and payment management sense. Seemingly there's too much confusion around whether or not payment is necessary and many think that payment is as and when they like. The system can't operate with that type of attitude toward it.

🚨 🚨 REMINDER 🚨 🚨

As previously stated, timetabled classes have now paused for the Christmas period.

We will have "open training windows" which will give opportunity for members to train and focus on their own sessions.

These training windows will be posted on socials daily.

Normally there's a big spiel but there's not much to say. is back with a bang. A clinical, composed and brutal performance.

Always the hardest worker in the room and takes everything in his stride. Anyone who knows me knows I'm this guy's biggest fan and what it means to see him back out competing.

Thanks to for having us on and shout out to Daryl for getting himself up and facing the fight time and time again. Hats off to you.

2-0 on last night's MXP Show.

First up we had Neil stepping out for his second ever Muay Thai fight, stepping up to A class Rules.

Even though Neil's only issue in his last fight was his endurance, after getting too excited in the early rounds, he showed improvements across the board.

Controlled the pace of the fight, the ring and every exchange that took place. Up on all of the judges scorecards, Neil continued his controlled pressure and secured an absolutely brutal knockout 20 seconds before the end of the final round.

Outstanding performance for someone in their second fight. We hope Shaun recovers well from the knockout and comes back strongly.

Next up Kris Watt.

Kris got back in the win column with a brutal performance. Dropping his opponent twice in round 1, then again with a knee to the head in round 2, the fight was waved off and Kris walks away with the stoppage win.

Respect to Cammy for getting up again and again and showing his toughness. Rest up and we'll see you soon.

We've had our fair share of bad nights so it's nice to have a good one, especially with both fights under A class rules, this shows progression for not only the fighters but also the gym.

We're back out next week, then again in December so the work doesn't stop.
