After a highly successful weekend, Lade's Bakes will be back serving coffee and sweet bakes this Sunday!

Chris Webster will also be back with his bacon and sausage baps!

Whether you're cheering on your child from the sidelines, supporting the club, or simply fancy a quality coffee and a delicious bake while you're out and about in the village, we'd love to see you.

💙Avonvale RFC x Game On Partnership💚
At Avonvale RFC, we believe rugby is for every young player.
We ensure our membership costs are as low as possible so every child can enjoy rugby, we're proud to be one of the lowest in Bath and Wiltshire. We also understand that for some families, membership fees can be a stretch and that’s completely okay. To continue our commitment to provide rugby for everyone we have partnered with Game On (Get the Ball Rolling).

Game On is a local Wiltshire charity helping children and young people aged 4–18 access sport by removing financial barriers that might stop them getting involved.
They work with sports clubs and schools to support children who may need help with things like:
- Club membership fees
- Essential sports kit
- Sports equipment

Their belief is simple: every child deserves the chance to enjoy sport, build confidence, make friends, and experience the benefits of being part of a team.
Game On’s model is discreet and straightforward, with membership fees being paid directly to the club, and families receive vouchers for any kit or equipment their child needs. There are no forms, no means testing, and families join their chosen club just as they normally would.

Avonvale RFC are proud to partner with this brilliant charity, helping even more young people access rugby.

🏉26/27 Minis Season Kick Off!🏉

Yesterday was exactly what we love about Avonvale, kids running around with huge smiles, parents chatting on the sidelines, and that proper family feel that makes our club special.

The little ones threw themselves into the games and activities, and it was brilliant seeing them having fun, making friends, and getting stuck in. It really set the tone for the season ahead.

A big thank you to Lades Bakes, who kept everyone happy with coffee, warm croissants and sweet treats. Our BBQ was also hit, serving bacon and sausage baps.

To every single volunteer who helped set up, cooked, organised, welcomed families, handing out newly sponsored playing shirts and kept the day running smoothly, we genuinely couldn’t do it without you. Your time and effort make days like this possible.

At Avonvale RFC, we believe rugby is for every young player.
