Wellness day.
A combination of Nordic walking, meditation and paddle boarding to reconnect and feel good.....
A day of exercise, good food and calm with a small group of like minded people.
Starting at 10am with a 5k Nordic walk covering beautiful countryside, followed by lunch; a homemade vegetarian curry from a local family artisan caterer : Tikka.
After lunch we spend time doing a breath work meditation, designed to switch off the flight or fight system and alkaline the body to bring you to a state of calm and re connection to yourself.
Then a short walk to the stunning grounds of the Old Mill hotel, where paddle boards will be ready.
After a short easy paddle we will finish the day with a floating meditation connecting to the healing movement of water. Finish 330pm.
A day to connect with yourself, with nature and an inner peace.
