GFUL ✨️ Lots of lovely private classes recently have given me the opportunity to teach a wide variety of students. It's been so lush to share yoga with all of you, feeling very grateful.
Makes me soo keen to get teaching new classes at the new studio in town it's been a long time coming & for so long I've been wanting to offer these classes for you. My gang who've been patiently waiting and to newbies aswell- I can't wait to share space: Saturday mornings, Monday nights... let's hang 🫶

Absolutely loved holding yoga roast club at the weekend, a lush way to spend a sunny Sunday! Next month, there will be two chances to join in the fun, I will be sharing deets soon - a lot of you have been asking about May dates, and they will be live to book soon. 🫶 Also, reg classes are brewing, I prom, and I cannot wait for them. 🙌 Whatsapp chat to keep updated with all my offerings and first dibs on spaces and stuff, comment a 👍 for the link to join! ✨️

Expanding my offerings to give mums the opportunity to be held has been so lush - it really is an honour to guide you lot! 🫶🫶🫶
My 'mindful circuits' class is back tomorrow... 45 minutes of low impact exercise/movements that you really can make your own and go at as much or as little as you need. Teenies strapped to you or kicking about in a floor nest, tods playing or joining in, it's all welcome, and I can't wait to see you!
Thank you to all of you mums who have come to a class and those who show up week after week, you're ace. Despite the sleepless nights, the grumbly bubs, the sore bods, the tired heads, the nerves of walking through the door, you keep showing up so big ups go to you! It's a lot this mum stuff, and you so deserve the you time! ✨️

How I feel after I've guided you all! 💫 you really have been bringing the magic to classes gang, thank you! The last few Saturdays have reminded me how lush and wanted that class is, so I will book in more & share the dates with you asap, keen? 🩷🩷🩷

Maybe it's because my corkscrew hazel has catkins or because my phone reminded me of this guy today ⬆️ but there's def something in the air... heres to galloping towards spring, feeling posi and hopeful with love love love in our hearts, year of the horse kind of energy!! 🐎 Creating peace and unity within our communities is where it's at and needed more than ever so come feel the love and let yoga bring us together, I am so looking forward to moving and sharing space with you this year! 🫂

2016 mad, finished my 500hr yoga training and a week later booked Holcombe village hall- Tuesday morn 9.30 £6 a class, first one free! Thanks to that legend for knowing she was worth more than her receptionist gym job & finding her thing! I have been teaching yoga for ten years this year and that feels like something to celebrate! 🍾
I love sharing this practice, from the coperate office classes that paid the bills to the retreat classes all over, the weird classes that didnt quite work out and of course the truely magic and mudane moments in public classes we've experienced together... big thank yous 🙏

Happy new year loves, I am so excited to get sharing some yoga and movement with you all this year! Keen to get back into our weekend zen & hopefully add a evening class too (Monday gang: I hear you, I miss you) Yoga roast clubs are well and truely back, its lush to be back at Rockaway (this months yrc is the 25th) and I'm looking forward to supporting new mums with some movement classes! Lots ahead, excited and oh so grateful. ✨️

Back with my monthly hello 👋
Thanks for all the support this year gang: from mad members' trust and support through mat leave to classes being busy on my return, yoga roasts filling up to holding new space for mums and babes! Lots to look forward to in the new year... keen to make our Saturday class work &/or a reg weekly meet, also just love love love being back at Rockaway so def want to offer more there! Watch this space, I hope to be able to reach lots of you and continue to share the good stuff with you lovely lot! Can't wait to move, breathe, sigh, laugh, cry, dance, chill, shake, shimy, and be with you all in 2026, who's keen? ❤️‍🔥✨️

An oldie from when we used to yoga lakeside at Marston Park! ✨️ I hope we have all had a nice weekend. Talking about cool places to yoga, I'm back at my fav this month: Rockaway Park for a yoga roast club on Sunday the 23rd- I will have a link for booking v soon, but for now hola, comment/ get in touch if you want to join and I can save you a space!
Movement for mums is on Wednesday at 12 & Saturday yoga is on too 9.30 both at the Station! 🌙
