Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced archer you will receive a warm and friendly welcome from Bitton Archers. We have 2 shooting locations.

We are a target archery club with members shooting a mix of compound, longbow. flatbow, horse bow, barebow and recurve bow styles (some people shoot several types, but not at the same time!). Members range in age from under 10 to over 70. We have 1 County Level coach and 8 coaches qualified to Level 1. We shoot all year round outdoors at Stothert & Pitt RFC which is located on the A4 close to Salt

ford and Corston. Between October and March inclusive, we also shoot indoors at The Park Centre on Daventry Road in Knowle.

Final session of the last few weeks' beginners course at Bitton Archers was a complete success on the weekend!
All earned their certificates meaning they can now shoot at Stothert & Pitt individually and most importantly safely. 🏹💪📈🎯

What to do on the hottest May bank holiday on record? Go and shoot some arrows of course! 🏹🎯🔥
In the hot conditions Phil was rewarded with his 252 at 20 yards and Gerald dropped a new personal best in a Western 40 round with 605 on barebow. 🌞☀️

Just some of the few pics from a fantastic Saturday where Bitton Archers hosted our annual 'Have-a-Go' event at Stothert and Pitt RFC as part of Archery GB's Start Archery Week.
Big thank you to all the members who came and helped set up the targets, gazebos and other equipment voluntarily all to shine light on our fantastic sport!
The raffle of the day was also won by Gemma Davies, the winner chosen by an arrow. Congratulations Gemma!

From Phil having a special badge being part of the drizzle brigade to a beautiful bank holiday afternoon shooting, this Easter weekend saw the best of both worlds for archery when it comes to weather 😂🏹🎯🌤🌧

P.s. that target face shows great work from Stuart with longbow at 50m, preparing for a competition at the end of the month.
