We aim to improve the physical and mental skills vital to healthy childhood and young adult development, including motor skills, balance, coordination, attention span and self-discipline. Students will learn awareness of dangerous situations and the importance of reporting problems or incidents to a trustworthy adult, alongside anti-bullying and self-defence techniques. Our children's classes are split into age groups from five to sixteen plus and are designed to build confidence in a fun and rewarding environment.
