Muay Thai is referred to as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, a great way to get fit and learn a new skill...with a instructor with 14 years martial arts experience we cater to all ability levels.

Finishing the year strong.

stepped up for his debut yesterday and finished the year the best way for our team by landing higher volume and more damaging strikes to take away the unanimous decision victory in his fight.

Connor had a strong camp and improved massively …pushed himself as hard as he could, listened and learned…and whilst I know he’s not happy with his performance he proved that even on the off days we come to fight and can pull a win out of the bag and it’s only going to get better from here 🙌🏼.

The 40 people who travelled down your support was crazy.

Foxy and the team, the performance under the lights couldn’t be done without you lot.

15 fights this year - 13 wins , 1 draw , 1 loss…not bad at all….roll on 2026!

A team vibe that goes beyond the walls of the gym 🤜🤛.

Sparring , sauna & plunge pools and food …what more is needed to end fight camp and the week on a high 🙌🏼.

Can’t wait to see the lads perform next weekend.

Last weekend at in Cardiff.

Another big show with a lot of talent on display…and again the lads showed why they belong there and have bright futures in the sport.

Keeping it short and sweet both the lads showed their skill and determination in their bouts ….Ned took on a power puncher and walked him down in typical Ned style with a tight defence and overwhelmed him with volume and accuracy , using his boxing and knees to take a unanimous decision win.

Barnaby also took on a power puncher and after gettin put down in the first round with a big hook showed exactly how to handle a knockdown.
He didn’t turn gun shy or hesitate , he stuck to what we had worked on all camp and controlled the rest of the fight landing teeps, knees and headkicks.
Snatching a draw from the jaws of a loss in his most fluid performance to date barring the knockdown.

Both lads train like pros and deserve all the praise and support they get from everyone.

If my students are a reflection of me as a coach…then I’m fu***ng glad Iv got these lot to show that 🙌🏼.

2 years of training…3 fights in 6 months….3 wins and a belt earned.

Ned took this fight on 10 days notice , smashed in as much training as he could with the help of his team and fought a tough opponent but came away with a unanimous decision victory to claim the caged k1 ammy belt.

Ned handled the whole experience with confidence and fought with everything he had and I couldn’t be happier for him, from cleaning the mats to collecting belts 🙌🏼.

As usual the lads came out in force to support him and helped in every way they could in the short amount of time we had to prepare so thanks to all of you.

As usual foxy my right hand man thank you for doing what you do for this team.

And as Ned said to me “we earned this belt as a team , I just collected it” …very well put 👏.

Strong work from the whole team with some stand out performances…great way to spend a Saturday …well done lads 👏.

About last week 👀.

Another week another outing for our lads…this time we travelled to Kent for and to compete on the stage.

Great performances from both lads with Ned getting a highlight reel finish in only his second k1 fight and Barnaby getting his first win under Muay Thai rules.

Both lads carried themselves and performed with the kind of top tier attitude that the combat fight series event deserves….what a show!

The event was stacked with talent and great teams but the lads weren’t out of place and did themselves and the team proud…the teams fighters keep producing the performances needed no matter where we travel.

Thanks to my right hand man foxy…couldn’t do it without your help.
And as always to the team members and supporters who travelled the 6 hour round trip….all 15 of you are appreciated.

On top of all that one of our longest serving teammates also got a finish over in Thailand…well done to him as well and we look forward to welcoming him back.

This ⬆️😂.

Beginners classes are so busy at the moment and it’s great to see so many people no matter what their age wanting to get involved in combat sports.

If you’re serious about wanting to get better …then ask questions, focus on the technical aspects of what’s being taught , turn up to as many sessions as you can and put in the maximum effort whilst you’re there.

We are here to help you get better and that takes effort on both sides.

Rather than focusing on “when can I move up to advanced?” “When can I start sparring?” Or “when do you think I’ll be ready to compete?” … focus on getting better and turning up to sessions so then it’s undeniable that you have to be given those opportunities.

Whatever your goal is for training with us…let’s make it so you get there 🙏.

So the weekend before last we rolled down to Weston super Mare for 2 of our lads to compete on in some K1 bouts.

Ned was making his debut and Cass was taking a fight on 5 days notice after fighting 2 weeks previously.

As usual the support was strong for the team with 40+ people making the trip down to cheer the lads on…so big thanks to them.

The lads couldn’t have made my night as a coach any easier….cool,calm and collected before the fight and controlled and aggressive inside the cage….earning them 2 finishes.

I’ll never stop championing how hard the lads work in the gym…and when we fight it shows, and the exciting part is even with 2 dominant performances I know they can do a lot better.

The fights may look easy and glamorous to the untrained eye….but the old saying train hard fight easy really applies 🙌🏼.

Team energy has been through the roof this year and it will only keep going one way ⬆️.
