ROCKET & FLOW Mallorca | 10-14 October 2026 🌸

We are excited to invite you to a very special retreat. A dynamic mix of Rocket Yoga, handstand skills and flexibility workshops designed to inspire and enhance your practice.

The setting is a stunning finca where nature and connection come together, surrounded by ancient olive trees and overlooking the sun-drenched land of rural Mallorca.

In between classes and workshops with Sammi and Alice, there will be plenty of time to enjoy nourishing food, explore the beautiful surroundings, or simply relax and take it all in.

Time and space to deepen your practice, immerse yourself in nature and reconnect. You’ll leave transformed, with a newfound sense of inner power and clarity.

This is a 4-night retreat, arriving on Saturday 10 October and departing Wednesday 14 October.

A few more memories from a magical week co-hosting my first yoga retreat at Cocoon Portugal with Paul and Alice.

Beautiful nature, incredible food, wonderful company and lots of laughter. Leaning into the ritual of a daily practice.

A space to be authentic and tuned in. It felt like living a dream where we were the authors.

It was so good we’re planning the next one… 🌞
