My darling girl, 15 today, I honestly don’t know where the time has gone! As the years pass I start to think of this day as a celebration instead of a loss. I forever get to hold you in my heart as a tiny perfect baby whilst I watch your 2 sisters grow, my time with them depending on me fully disappearing with each year as they become independent women.

I think about you everyday and thank you for making me the strong woman I’ve become. You gave me the drive to start my incredible business 9yrs ago, and the opportunity to be surrounded by the most wonderful women all of whom have heard your name and the reason moovit exists. The gym is my therapy, my Moovers fill me with passion & happiness, watching them learn to fall in love with themselves and feel strong is my drug and you’ve given me that ❤️

Here is a very hot & sweaty weekend/holiday workout with dumbbells to get you started💪🏻
•
Set a timer of 40secs on 20secs off, repeat x3 or 4 times for a sweaty strong cardio mix

Set A
Squat overhead press alternating
Alternating reverse lunge
Kneeling tricep extension
Paused bicycle crunch

Set B
Dumbbell swing
Deadlift
Skull crusher in tabletop
Forearm plank saw
