I know it’s another hot one but remember you go at your own pace! You don’t need to keep up and no one is going to judge you for missing a few steps - the goal is to just keep moving!

I will try and keep it steady but there’s a few of you that are hardcore 🙌🙌🙌🙌

🔥🔥🔥🔥 ooooh that was hot hot hot! Well done gang! Although it probably didn’t feel like a workout - we danced, we sweated (and you’ll be surprised at the calorie loss of that!) and the slower routines are good for conditioning - see you next week!
