Wow… I can’t believe how quickly the New Tuesday 7pm class have filled! 🤩

I now have just ONE space remaining! 🙌🏼

Sometimes it’s hard to make these decisions, but you just know when the time is right… 💛

I’ve now stopped teaching my Tuesday evening Circuits class at Rejuvenate and replaced it with a new Pilates class.

Thank you so much to everyone who has joined me over the years. Your support and energy have meant so much, and I’ve loved being part of your fitness journey.

I hope this isn’t goodbye! I’d love to see you in one of my other classes.

Thank you all for a wonderful 5 weeks of full-on fun (and possibly torture 🤣) sessions in all my classes with you lovely lot!

In case I’ve not mentioned it 🫣😜 I’m off on a little hiking adventure, so I won’t be contactable until Saturday 30th. I’ll catch up on all messages then.

Have a fabulous half term, enjoy the sunshine ☀️ and keep moving!

This Thursday 2nd April our Pilates Class will be held at St Phillips School due to the church preparing for the Easter Service. I have spaces for anyone wishing to catch up on missed classes or wishing to do an extra before we stop for Easter. 🐣 or if you would like to come and try a class then please ping me a message 🤗
