MONTHLY CLASSES
This Summer treat yourself to 90 minutes to really allow yourself to be present and let go of life off your mat. Drop in or class passes
RESTORATIVE YOGA
1st + 3rd Friday monthly 6:30 - 8pm

A relaxing style of class intended to heal and nurture the body whilst calming the mind. Classes focus on breathing, relaxation, meditation and some sound work. Mostly working from a lying down position you will hold poses many of them with lots of support from bolsters, blankets and blocks, approaching each one from a place of care and love for yourself.
QI GONG FLOW

A flowing yoga class promoting the journey of energy (qi) through the body. Incorporating elements of Qi Gong and Daoist philosophy, expect stretches, breathwork, meditation and flowing movement to open the body’s meridians.
MINDFUL YIN YOGA
First Sunday monthly 10:30am - 12pm

Aiming to feel just the right amount of stretch - not too little, not too much, we’ll get creative with props until we discover a shape that gives us what we need.
HEALING SOMATIC MOVEMENT
2nd Friday monthly 7 - 8:30pm

A slow, nourishing, and deeply attentive way of moving – an invitation to soften, listen, and enjoy being in your body again. This class is primarily floor-based and uses simple, intelligent movements that are gentle, unforced, and accessible.
SOUND HEALING GONG BATH
Last Friday monthly 7 - 8:30pm

The gong is known as an instrument of transformational power. It is a tool by which we are engulfed in total sound, and are brought back to optimum health and balance. You don’t have to try to relax or force anything - deep relaxation awaits you.
