Celebrating my INCREDIBLE marathon runners so far this year ❤️

Although social media may try to persuade you otherwise - running a marathon isn’t normal… and that’s exactly what makes it so special.

Less than 1% of people will ever complete a marathon.

Running a marathon means 6am alarms when everyone else is asleep.
Long runs in the rain.
Sore legs.
Saying no to late nights and last-minute plans.
Months or YEARS of showing up, even when motivation disappears.

I am so proud of this group of ladies for showing such commitment and for inspiring so many people along the way.❤️

You don’t need to avoid every social event, skip every takeaway, or feel guilty every time you enjoy yourself.

The goal isn’t to become the person who never says yes.

The goal is to become the person who can enjoy the night out, the birthday cake, the holiday, and still keep moving towards their goals.

A healthy lifestyle should add to your life, not take away from it ❤️
