Starting the first block of Pilates classes of 2025 this evening at 6.30-7.30pm. We use core strength and stability at the heart of what we do with the goal of strengthening and toning our bodies over time. Pilates is a great form of low impact exercise which can be used as a stand alone form of exercise or to compliment other activities such as running, walking, cycling, tennis and many more!
