AB Motorsport are a professionally run team that was formed by ex-Karting champion Ali Bray in 2011 after working for a number of different teams running cars in various different championships such as Formula Renault UK, BARC Formula Renault, Classic Touring Car Championship, MG Trophy Championship and BRSCC Mazda Mx5 Championship. AB Motorsport is a fully equipped race team that has been winning

races by preparing and supporting its customers in various championships across the UK. We specialise in mk1 and mk3 Mazda Mx5's and are praised for our level of expertise for preparation and setup. AB Motorsport have an arrive and drive service with race winning cars available for track days and race meetings.

We recently had the pleasure of working on the atkinson body repair 450bhp Mk1 Transit Connect, bringing it from undriveable to a performance beast.This van came in needing serious attention, but with our full bespoke geometry setup and front turret modification, we achieved an impressive 1.60 degrees of camber on the front. New Build Alert! 🚨

Over the next few weeks, we will be revealing the work that has gone on behind the scenes on our latest race car build. The goal was simple: to create the best Mk1 MX-5 race car to ever hit the track and showcase the quality of work we provide here at .
